We both stayed really calm during the whole visit which was according to Darcy, no fun.. She thought one of us would have cried. I guess I could say I had a tear come down but that was it. I just remember wiping my eye shortly after the heartbeat was heard. Richard was asking if the heartbeat was too fast.. the nurse said no that's normal. But we're 11 weeks along and due date is still March 17, 2009. So more to update at the next appt. I will have a sonogram pic displayed sometime this week.
Oh morning sickness is still here.. but hoping it will start to fade in the next couple of weeks.

How exciting!!! The heart beat is the best part for me. I did cry. I guess I am sappy. Either way PRAISE THE LORD!!!!!
Yeah! Little "scooter" sounds to be doing well! I agree the heart beat is always so exciting and securing to hear!
Am I the only one that is surprised at how "normal" the baby looks. Not b/c Rich is the dad, although that adds to the surprise but mostly b/c all baby sonograms look like aliens, and your little one looks so cute already. I guess he/she will definately take after you Candace. J/K a little tease for all the times Rich called Nevaeh a clingon. I'm soo happy for you guys. It all gets more and more exciting from here. Keep us posted.
Awwwww, I'm so happy for you guys. I do agree that hearing the heartbeat makes it all real. God Is Awesome.....
